As per Section 33 of the HBTU Act, 2016, the Incubation Council was officially formed on March 21, 2018, with 11 members. The council aims to promote entrepreneurship among students, faculty members, and skilled individuals in society. This information was reported in the Academic Council through letter number 91/IH/2018, dated March 23, 2018.
